KCPC collects identifiable information about you when you register for events or email us. We only have access to this information if you choose to provide it to us directly, via email, or by filling out and submitting forms on the site. We do not and will not sell information about the site’s users to third parties. We do not share such information, except as mentioned below.

In some cases, we may contract with non-affiliated companies to provide services for us. If necessary, we will share information about you with these third parties. In all such circumstances, we only provide the third party with the information it needs to fulfill its assigned obligations. Additionally, we require these third parties to treat your private information with the same level of confidentiality as we do. Furthermore, we will disclose information about you if you request it, if we are legally required to do so, or in other limited legal situations. If we plan to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this privacy policy, we will give you a clear way to opt out.

KCPC monitors users’ IP addresses to track their sessions. Collecting this information can yield valuable insights about our visitors, such as which parts of the website they frequent and how long they stay. When KCPC obtains data about you or your session, we may leverage it for research or to enhance the site and services we provide.
